Primarily designed for short- and mid-term stays, studio units provide comfortable living, a kitchen and a work or entertainment space. An indoor shared entry includes a common area with lounge space and access to individual units, and a hot tub on the deck offers a relaxing soak after hiking, skiing and other outdoor adventures.

Community Center

The Loci community center offers a central and shared location for residents to meet and socialize, relax or be productive, as well as a venue for team-building and private events. 2-story floor-to-ceiling windows offer unforgettable views from ground floor and loft lounge spaces, perfect for individual relaxation or group productivity. Large patio areas and nearby outdoor seating and recreational spaces, as well as trails linking the rest of the property create a focal point for the community.

A multi-use area in one of the wings offers space for team collaboration, small conferences or dining, while a full commercial kitchen supports hosted events as well as providing refreshments, snacks or prepared meals for residents. The other wing provides restrooms, storage and a receiving/processing area for on-site equipment rentals, event administration and other activities.

Admin Shop & Manager’s Apartment

This structure features a workshop and plenty of storage space for equipment, vehicles and other materials necessary for maintenance and support of the Loci micro-community. An apartment upstairs houses an on-site manager who manages the site, supports rentals and provides concierge services to members.
